As we get closer to the end of the 2023 NFL season, the Pro Football Hall of Fame has become a topic of discussion. Today, 15 finalists were selected as they one step closer to being inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2024. One named that did not make the list was former Titans RB Eddie George. Three other RBs (Tiki Barber, Fred Taylor, and Ricky Watters) were in the final 25 with George. Taylor was the only RB to advance to the final 15. Below is a list of all 15 finalist.

Eddie George is the Titans All Time Leading Rusher. In his career with the Oilers/Titans, George started in 128 games. He had 2733 rushing attempts for 10,009 yards and scored 64 touchdowns. Per Paul Kuharsky, George has 6 more years of eligibility remaining as a modern-era candidate. He also broke through as a semifinalist for a second time in which Kuharsky said it was encouraging.
The Class of 2024 will be announced during the “NFL Honors” broadcast from Las Vegas on February 8th.
