While Levis did not provide details on the nature of the messages, he alluded to their negative tone, noting that such incidents are unfortunate in today’s world. “It sucks that the world is the way that it is,” Levis said, expressing frustration over the breach of privacy.
Levis also said that he has distanced his self from social media.
“I haven’t been on social media for a while, and I think it’s the healthiest way to go about it.”
He believes that stepping away from the constant scrutiny and pressure online has given him a clearer mindset. Levis is looking forward to enjoying his privacy once again.
The news comes after a difficult stretch for Levis on the field. The second-year quarterback has struggled in both of the Titans’ losses, with a combined total of five turnovers in just two games—three interceptions and two fumbles. His struggles have contributed to a rough start for Tennessee, which now sits at a critical point in their season.
